Cary-Anne qualified from the University of Stellenbosch in 2013. She completed her community service year at the Natalspruit Hospital in Alberton, where she developed her passion for rehabilitation. In 2015 she joined private practice, where she worked in two practices in Pretoria and Johannesburg where she gained valuable experience treating multiple conditions over a variety of fields and have recently been fortunate enough to be part of a transplant team.
In 2016 she enrolled to complete her Masters at the University of Witwatersrand in cardiopulmonary physiotherapy, where her passion for rehabilitation of various conditions deepened further. She has been fortunate enough to be involved in postgraduate teaching and further academic opportunities.
In 2019 she decided to open her own private practice to create a safe haven for all patients requiring physiotherapy services. She has a special interest in empowering her patients to take control of their pain, injuries and conditions and promote healing through movement and education. She prefer a holistic approach when treating her patients, starting with the end in mind and creating goal-orientated treatment strategies to achieve empowerment. This is key to clients successfully overcoming their injuries.
