Marc Fourie Cycling Coach

Marc is an Internationally certified professional mountain bike skills instructor and MTB, Road and Track cycling coach.

He holds Level 2 qualifications from both Professional Mountain Bike Instructors Association (PMBIA) in Canada and Cycling Australia. Marc is also a Course Conductor for P.M.B.I.A responsible for teaching and certifying professional MTB skills instructors.

Marc works closely with youth, junior and elite riders who compete in the XCO (Cross Country Olympic) racing discipline, helping them develop their skills and race strategies. He has accompanied Team South Africa riders to World Championship and World Cup events and is a familiar face at National XCO series races helping riders with course and race day preparations.

Marc has been teaching skills professionally for over 7 years, presenting over a 1000 lessons a year, to more than 3000 people from ages 4 to 80, from new riders to seasoned professionals.

Marc is a passionate coach who helps design personalised training plans for riders of varying fitness and ability levels, helping them achieve their personal fitness and competitive goals.

He believes that personal attention, passion and communication is the key to helping you achieve your goals.

He has helped cyclists, runners and triathletes improve their conditioning and overall performance through his personalised approach.
