Jaco is a UCI level 1 cycling coach based in the Western Cape, South Africa.
- Representing the South African masters team on the velodrome in Manchester.
- Winning multiple national masters track titles.
- Being a provincial masters champion in the time trial on the road.
- Competing in several multi stage road races in both Italy and South Africa.
- Introducing more than 150 riders to track cycling at the Bellville velodrome.
- Becoming a TrainingPeaks online coach at The Practice.
He has an in depth knowledge of track cycling.
He is a seasoned veteran on the road and has great insights into time trials as well as bunch races.
The preferred athlete level he enjoys working with is Beginners and Intermediate cyclists.
